- Use of Timmy the TimeBot

- Payment Processing
2.1. Payment Processing Service: Timmy the TimeBot utilizes the Stripe payment processing service to facilitate transactions. By making a payment through Timmy the TimeBot, you agree to abide by Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
2.2. Payment Information: When making a payment through Timmy the TimeBot, you may be required to provide payment information, such as credit card details or other payment credentials. This information is securely transmitted to and stored by Stripe for the purpose of processing payments. Timmy the TimeBot does not store or have access to your full payment information.
2.3. Payment Disputes: Any disputes or issues related to payments, refunds, or chargebacks should be addressed directly with Stripe in accordance with their dispute resolution policies.
- Intellectual Property
3.1. Ownership: Timmy the TimeBot and its associated content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Timmy the TimeBot for personal or internal business purposes.
3.2. Prohibited Use: You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of Timmy the TimeBot or its content without prior written consent from [Your Company Name].
- Disclaimer of Warranties
Timmy the TimeBot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Hexaltus LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided by Timmy the TimeBot. Your use of Timmy the TimeBot is at your sole risk.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexaltus LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Timmy the TimeBot.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless , its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of Timmy the TimeBot or any violation of these Terms.
- Modification and Termination
